BusinessCabin.com ("BusinessCabin," "we") is an independent flight fare comparison service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the service.
Gold membership signup: your name, email address, and optionally a home airport, which you provide when joining. We use these to operate your membership and to send BusinessCabin emails such as fare finds and product updates.
Searches: routes, dates, cabin, and traveler counts you search are sent to our fare providers to return prices. They are not linked to your name or email. Your recent searches, watched routes, preferences (such as currency and theme), and membership status are stored locally on your own device (browser storage), not on our servers.
We do not collect phone numbers, payment details, government IDs, or precise location. If you use the optional "use my location" style features of your browser, the lookup happens on your device.
To provide fare comparison, operate Gold membership, send emails you signed up for, and improve the service. We do not sell or share your personal information for money or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use a small number of processors to run the site: Netlify (hosting and form storage for signups), Duffel and Amadeus (flight pricing; they receive route and date, never your identity), a currency-rate service (frankfurter.app), and an airline-logo image service. Each receives only what is necessary for its function.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, honored promptly, and our postal address. You can also opt out anytime by emailing us at the address below.
Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share). To exercise any right, email privacy@businesscabin.com. We will verify your request via the email on file and respond within the time your state's law requires. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Membership records are kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Data on your device stays until you clear it. We use reputable hosting with encryption in transit.
BusinessCabin is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
