A quote, not a search page

Your traveler describes the trip in one line. The desk returns two or three real options with the cabin checked on every leg and the fare rules in plain words.

A person, around the clock

Cancellations, reroutes, and the 11pm change of plan go to a named account manager who already knows the trip. No ticket queue.

Invoicing you do not reconcile

One statement a month, split by team or cost center, with every ticket, change, and refund listed. Finance stops chasing card receipts.

What the desk is worth to you

Drag the two sliders. The estimate uses the 12 to 20 percent a desk typically takes off public business class fares through negotiated, consolidator, and unpublished rates. Your number depends on routes and lead time, and every quote shows it in dollars before you approve.

Why a desk beats a booking tool for the front of the plane

Most corporate tools were built to move a lot of people in economy with as little human contact as possible. A team that flies business class a few times a month has different problems: a fare that jumped $1,800 overnight, a Doha connection that turned into a recliner, four card statements behind one trip. Those are judgment calls, and judgment is a person. Your travelers email or call. The desk answers with real options, cabin verified, usually within fifteen minutes. You approve. It is issued. One statement at month end.

ItemWhat you get
FaresBusiness and first class. Negotiated, consolidator, and unpublished rates where they beat the public fare. Every quote shows the fare rules before you approve.
QuotesTwo or three real options per trip, cabin checked on every leg, aircraft named. Typically within fifteen minutes during desk hours, within the hour otherwise.
PolicyYour cabin rules, approval thresholds, and preferred carriers, applied by the desk before anything is issued. Out-of-policy requests are flagged, not blocked.
Changes and disruptionsA named account manager and a direct line, around the clock. Reroutes handled by the desk, not by your traveler at a gate.
BillingOne statement a month, split by traveler, team, or cost center. Every ticket, change, and refund listed with its confirmation number.
CostNo subscription. You pay the quoted fare. Where a service fee applies to a booking it is printed on the quote, in dollars, before you say yes.
SetupOne call of about ten minutes. Your desk is live the next morning.

What we will not do

  1. Hide a markup inside a fare. If there is a fee, it is a line you can read.
  2. Push a hotel, a car, or an upgrade you did not ask for.
  3. Ask your travelers to learn a tool. Email and a phone number are the product.
  4. Sell, share, or rent your travelers’ details to anyone.
  5. Promise a rate we have not actually seen. Every number on a quote is real at the time it is sent.

Questions we get

Is there a platform fee?

No subscription. Companies pay for tickets at the quoted fare. Where a service fee applies to a booking, it is shown on the quote before anything is issued.

Do you replace our existing travel tool?

Most clients use us alongside it, for the premium cabin trips where a human desk and negotiated rates matter most.

Can travelers book themselves on businesscabin.com?

Yes. The public search is free for anyone. Business accounts add negotiated rates, policy, invoicing, and a named contact on top.

Where are you licensed?

Registration details and seller of travel disclosures are listed on our Terms page and confirmed in your onboarding paperwork.
